	Name	Description
	Equals	Returns true if and only if this and the other pointstamps are equal.
	GetHashCode	Returns a hashcode for this pointstamp. (Overrides ValueTypeGetHashCode.)
	ToString	Returns a string representation of this pointstamp. (Overrides ValueTypeToString.)
