Format string for filenames, where {0} is the process ID and {1} is the worker ID

Type: SubscriptionSubscription corresponding to the Azure writer
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type StreamString, Epoch. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
