Parameters

source: Type: System.LinqIQueryableTSource
The sequence of input elements
selector: Type: System.Linq.ExpressionsExpressionFuncTSource, Int64, TResult
A transform function to apply to each source element; the second parameter of the function represents the index of the source element.

Type Parameters

TSource: The type of the elements of source
TResult: The type of the elements of the result

Return Value

Type: IQueryableTResult
The sequence resulting from applying the transformation function on each input element

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IQueryableTSource. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
